Fry
7-8 mins
• Remove all packaging.
• Season with salt and pepper.
• Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
• Place skin side down and turn once during cooking.
Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Do not reheat.

Air Fry - From Chilled. 200°C
- Preheat air fryer.
- Pat the fish dry on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Rub skin with 1 tsp. (5ml) of oil.
- Place the fish in the basket skin side up, spread evenly in a single layer, and place in the air fryer. Do not overcrowd the basket.
- Cook for 5-6 mins.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins

Remove product from packaging.
Do not reheat.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. - Preheat 1 tbsp. (15ml) of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat.
- Pat the fish dry on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the fish in the pan skin side down. Cook for 6 mins on a medium heat, turn and cook for a further 30 secs.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins

Suitable for freezing
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
