Cooking guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. For best results Oven cook.
Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Cooking instructions are for two fillets, more than two fillets may require longer cooking time.; Grill - From Frozen. 16 mins
Preheat grill to medium. Place 2 fillets on buttered foil. Dot with butter. Season with salt and pepper. Turn halfway through cooking time.; Microwave - From Frozen. 750W 5 mins, 30 secs
900W 5 mins
Place 2 fillets onto microwaveable plate, cover with microwaveable film. Pierce film.
Allow to stand for 2 mins.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 30 mins
Preheat oven. Place 2 fillets in an ovenproof dish. Add 45ml water. Dot with butter.
Season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil.; Poach - From Frozen. 10 mins
Place 2 fillets in a shallow pan. Cover with milk or water and bring to the boil, then reduce to simmer and cook.
Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.
