Meatball Parmigiana
Ingredients: Serves 4
1 Tomato, Garlic & Herb Flavour Pot
3 tbsp Olive Oil
500g Jar Classic Tomato Everything Sauce
12 Small Meatballs
1 1/2 Small Onion, diced
25g Italian Hard Cheese, shaved
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a deep frying pan on medium heat.
Add the onion, cook for 8 minutes until soft and starting to brown.
Add the meatballs, turning occasionally so they are evenly brown on the outside.
Add the Classic Tomato Everything Sauce, the Flavour Pot and 100ml boiling water. Stir gently and bring to a simmer.
Cover with the lid and simmer for 8-10 minutes until the meatballs are cooked.
Sprinkle over the Italian Hard Cheese and serve with mash or pasta.
