Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Microwave
750W 1 min, 30 secs
900W 1 min, 15 secs
Remove dim sum from packaging and place onto a microwaveable plate.
Space evenly apart so dim sum are not touching.
Cook on high (100%).

Allow to stand for 1 min.

Steam
6 mins
Remove dim sum from packaging and place in a steamer/basket lined with greaseproof paper.
Place steamer over a pan of boiling water. Cover with a lid and steam.

Allow to stand for 1 min.

To enjoy dim sum at its best, serve immediately.
Check dim sum are hot before serving.
Guide for one pack only.

- Remove all packaging
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 800W 1 min, 30 secs
- Place on a microwaveable plate so dim sum are not touching and cook on high (100%).
- Leave to stand for 1 min before serving.; Steam - From Chilled. 6 mins
- Spread dim sum evenly in a steamer or basket lined with greaseproof paper, ensuring none are touching.
- Place over boiling water, cover and steam.
- Leave to stand for 1 min then serve immediately.
