Just add whipped cream and seasonal berries for a quick sensational dessert.
Make refreshing St. Clements Nests by swirling 3 tbsp lemon curd and 1 tbsp sugar into 200g crème fraîche. Spoon into meringue nest and grate a little orange zest over the top.
Serve with sweet orange segments and fresh mint tips.
