Cooking Instructions - General. Remove from packaging. Wash before use and trim bases.; Steam - From Chilled. - Place in a steamer or steam over boiling water for 3-5 minutes.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. - Cut the spears into 4-5 cm lengths.
- Stir fry with 1-2 tbsp of oil on a high heat for 3-5 mins or until tender.
