Peel and trim as required.
Needs Cooking. For best results Steam
Do not reheat.; Other - From Chilled. Sauté

- Pre-heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the sprouts to the frying pan, stirring occasionally until the Brussels sprouts are soft and slightly charred.
- Reduce heat if necessary.
- Check food is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 15-20 mins
- Pre-heat 1 tbsp of oil on a baking tray in the oven
- Once preheated, place sprouts onto the baking tray and cook on the middle shelf
- Cook for 15-20 mins or until tender, turning occasionally.; Steam - From Chilled. 5-6 mins
- Empty contents into a steamer or colander and steam
