Cooking Instructions - General. - Remove all packaging
- Peel and trim as required
Needs cooking.
For best result Steam; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 15-20 mins
- Preheat 1 tbsp of oil in a baking tray
- Place sprouts onto the baking tray
- Cook until tender, turning occasionally; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 15-20 mins
- Preheat 1 tsp of oil in a pan
- Cook on medium heat until tender, turning occasionally.; Steam - From Chilled. 5-6 mins
- Place into a steamer or colander and steam until tender
