Ready to eat. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. After opening, roll down open end and replace in fridge. Once opened, eat within 24 hours.
Preparation and Usage
Product is great either served hot or cold
For best results, pan fry
Pan Fry 1 - 2 mins
• Remove all packaging, heat 1 dessertspoon oil in a frying pan over medium high heat
• Add the kale to the pan, stir occasionally
Steam 1 - 2 mins
• Remove all packaging
• Place over boiling water, cover and steam
Do not reheat.
