M&S Sweet Chilli Baking Camembert

Baking camembert with a sweet chilli glaze. Oven bake for 30 to 35 minutes, peel back the cheese rind and pour over the sachet of chilli glaze before enjoying. Best served in a wooden base with crusty bread. Serves 4.

Serving
Remove from the oven, peel back corners of the cheese rind, being careful of the hot cheese. Open sachet and top cheese with Chilli glaze. Serve in wooden base with crusty bread. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Serve immediately. Take care, product will be particularly hot after heating.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 30 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging from the cheese and set sachet aside. Place Camembert back in the dish
- Using a sharp knife, cut a 5cm cross in the top of the cheese and place the dish on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
- After 20 mins, remove the cheese from the oven, peel back corners of the rind, being careful of the hot cheese
- Top the cheese with the Sweet Chilli Glaze and close the corners of the cheese.
- Return to the oven for 10 mins
