Very Yummy

I just discovered this delicious cheese. Just the right amount of onion and balsamic and very moreish. The downside is that the label recommends eating within 2 days of opening, which a quite a lot of cheese to get through if only 1 person is eating it. However I intend to valiantly attempt it, I think it will melt very well for some cheese on toast, would go very well grated over beans, pasta etc, or in a cheese and tomato/salad sarnie, with crackers ... mmmm, I look forward to trying out these ideas!

Lovely for a change.

I think sometimes we get stuck in a rut and keep buying the same thing. I just wanted to try something different. This was it. Nice flavour and texture, with a bit of bite. Will certainly purchase now and then to ring the changes.

Lovely taste, delicious on crackers. Has a softer texture than plain cheddar, as often occurs with cheese made with added ingredients. Would buy again.
