This garlicky, herby basa will upgrade your next fish dinner. The skinless and boneless fillets are topped with a melting butter infused with garlic and parsley. Simply bake or pan-cook until the butter has bubbled through, then spoon the garlicky juices over the fillets. Pair with new potatoes or rice or add to warm pasta for a quick meal. Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking. Remove product from packaging.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 13 mins, Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6
- Preheat oven
- Place the fish on a lightly oiled foil lined baking tray
- Top the fish with the butter pellets and place in the centre of the oven
- Cook for 13 mins, baste halfway through
Allow to stand for 2 mins; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6 mins 30 secs
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a high heat
- Place the butter on the side
- Reduce to medium heat and cook for 6 mins, turn halfway through
- Add the butter pellets to warm pan and melt gently for 30 secs before drizzling over the product to serve

Suitable for freezing
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
