Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. To ensure freshness,
peel off sticker provided and use to reseal pack after opening.
Preparation and Usage
Cooking Instructions
Serving Size: 50g of rice per serving
1. Rinse rice in cold water.
2. Bring a pan of seasoned water to the boil.
3. Add the rice to the pan, stir and then return to the boil.
4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Remove from heat, drain well.
6. Turn off the heat, return the rice to the pan.
7. Cover the pan with a lid and place the pan on the turned off hob.
8. Leave to steam for 10 minutes, then serve.
Do not reheat.
Tips: Add a bay leaf and whole cardamom while boiling to enhance the aromatic flavour.

tastes nice but I cant cook it!
For some reason I cant get the timings right on this rice? Luckily my husband can so he cooks it. Tastes lovely, good basmati flavour even when I cooked it to mush!!

Good flavour and lovely when you cooked in the rice cooker too. Very impressed with quality when you considering the price.

Perfect
Half the price of Tilda rice and it's as good. I've been buying this or the Ocado brand of basmati for a couple of years now. It just takes a couple of tries before you master the cooking time.
