Cooking Instructions
Serving size: 50g of rice per serving
1. Rinse rice in cold water.
2. Bring a pan of seasoned water to the boil.
3. Add the rice to the pan, stir and then return to the boil.
4. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
5. Remove from heat, drain well and serve.
Do not reheat.
Tips: Add chopped avocado, black beans and sliced red chilli for a wholesome side.

Hob - From Ambient. Place 75g of rice per person into a sieve and rinse well in cold running water.
Boil a large pan of water. Add rice. Add salt if desired, stir once and return to the boil. Cover and simmer for 25 min or until rice is tender. Drain in a sieve, rinse through with boiling water and serve immediately.
Do not reheat.
