Our Beef Dripping Roast Potatoes are made with British potatoes and a handy beef dripping pellet for classic roast flavour. The potatoes are prepped and ready to cook, so you can skip peeling and chopping while still getting that deep, savoury richness and a crisp, bronzed finish. As they roast, the beef dripping melts and coats the potatoes for a moreish, slightly salty edge and fluffy centres. Shake the tray halfway through for extra crunch, then serve with gravy or a spoonful of mustard for a punchy lift. Perfect alongside roast meats and seasonal vegetables.

Air Fry - From Chilled. 180°C, 20-25 mins
- Preheat air fryer
- Remove all packaging
- Place potatoes and beef dripping pellet into air fryer basket in a single layer ensuring even spread
- Program to cook for 20-25 mins, turn halfway through cooking

Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7, 45-50 mins
- Preheat oven and baking tray
- Remove sleeve and film
- Place beef dripping pellet on the preheated baking tray and heat for 5 mins until hot
- Add potatoes to baking tray and mix until evenly coated
- Place in the centre of the oven and turn potatoes frequently
- For extra crispiness continue cooking for longer, checking regularly
