Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking.
Remove all packaging.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 32 mins
For best results, eat straight out of oven. After standing, bases may become wet due to the thickness of the fish.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 22 mins
Place on preheated baking tray.
To get a crispy base on these large pieces of fish, ensure the baking tray is very hot before placing on and avoid using foil.
