Stir Fry Meal Suggestion
In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add veg and stir fry as stated above. Add noodles and a stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and leg are fully cooked before serving.

Stir Fry - From Chilled. Needs Cooking.
Remove film. Preheat a wok or a frying pan over a moderate heat. Add 10ml of oil. Add all ingredients and cook for 4-5 min stirring continuously. Season to taste. Serve immediately. Do not reheat.
Stir fry meal suggestion: In a hot wok add these vegetables and stir fry as per instruction. Add your favourite noodles or rice and either a stir fry sauce or ramen broth and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure all components are fully cooked before serving.
