Cooking Instructions - From Chilled. Needs Cooking
Remove product from packaging.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 14 mins
- Preheat Electric grill to high. Gas grill to medium.
- Place a baking tray into the grill to preheat.
- Pat the fish dry on both sides, drizzle with 1 tsp. (5ml) of oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place fish skin side down on a lightly oiled preheated baking tray under a high/medium grill.
- Cook for 14 mins.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 15 mins
- Pat the fish dry on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Place fish in the pan skin side down and cook for 10 mins.
- Turn the fish and continue cooking for a further 15 mins.
- Allow to stand for 2 mins

Storage:
Suitable for freezing.
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
