A traditional sparkling wine from Limoux in southern France, our M&S Blanquette de Limoux is produced using ancient Mauzac grapes. It’s a lively brut with fine bubbles and aromas of crisp green apple, zesty citrus and toasted brioche. Delicate floral undertones complement the balanced acidity, making it a refreshing option that pairs well with a variety of dishes. Serve well-chilled with salty nibbles, smoked salmon or oysters. This fizz is also great with soft cheeses and canapés like creamy goat’s cheese tarts or lightly seasoned vegetable quiches.
