• Preheat oven
• Remove all packaging and leave at room temperature for 10 mins before cooking

Fry 4 mins
• Preheat the pan on a high heat and lightly oil the steak
• Place into a dry pan for 4 mins, searing all edges

Oven Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6
Rare: 9 – 12 mins
Medium: 14 - 17 mins
• Transfer to a baking tray and place into the oven
• Rest for 10 mins before serving
