Our Bran Flakes are crunchy wholegrain wheat flakes mixed with wheat bran for a hearty, toasted cereal with a naturally wheaty flavour and a satisfyingly crisp bite. Fortified with B vitamins and iron, they are a simple way to top up everyday nutrition while keeping your cupboard staples straightforward. Pour into a bowl with cold milk for a classic breakfast, or stir through yoghurt for extra crunch and a nutty cereal note. They also work well as a topping for fruit, or lightly crushed for a crisp coating on bakes. Great in shakes too.
