Sweetened pasteurised skimmed milk and double cream blended with Courvoisier® VS Cognac and brandy. Simply heat on the hob or in the microwave and pour over a Christmas pudding.

Cooking Instructions - General. Take care when removing hot liquids from microwave.
Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. 5-6 mins
Heat contents gently in a saucepan, stirring continuously. Do not boil. Check that product is hot before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. Place contents in a microwaveable container.

900W 2 min
Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly.
Return to microwave and cook for a further:
750W 1 min, 45 secs
900W 1 min, 30 secs
Leave to stand for 1 min before serving. Check that product is hot before serving. Two or more packs will require longer cooking.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing. For use by, see lid. Keep refrigerated 0℃ to +5℃. Once opened, eat within 3 days. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month.
Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
Defrost thoroughly before heating.
