Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.

Electric 160°C / Fan 140°C / Gas 3
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging
- Place ribs onto a roasting tray and cover the meat with stock/water
- Cover with tin foil and place in the centre of the preheated oven for 5 hours until tender
- During cooking add more liquid to ensure meat is covered. Remove the ribs from the roasting tray
- Shred the meat using two forks, discard the bones. Place the meat back in the stock
- Check the seasoning and serve
Do not reheat.

Storage:
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0℃ to +5℃. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
