Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs Cooking
Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 1 hour 15 mins
- Remove outer sleeve and film
- Place butter pellet to one side
- Wash hand after handling butter pellet
- Place foil directly on oven shelf
- After 20 mins remove from oven and baste with juices, return to oven
- 10 mins before the end of cooking add the butter pellet on chicken and baste with juices, return to oven
- Check the product is thoroughly cooked by ensuring juices run clear when pierced around the thigh area
- Cover the chicken and rest for 10 mins
Do not reheat.
