Inedible, horrible and ?Dangerous?

First bite was spat out due to vile, indescribable 'poisonous?' taste. Took a slice off a second apple to find the same. Both had been washed very thoroughly. All binned for safety but inedible anyway. Of course requested a refund, nut left disturbed as to what could possible have caused the awfulness.

lovely

Havent had russets for a few years so really enjoyed these, so much more flavour than em any other apple and lovely and crunchy, I hate a soft apple

not ready to eat yet.....

... tough skins, dry, virtually tasteless. I'll give it a month before I try these again as when ready they are a fantastic tasty fruit.

Tough skin, and a bit on the sharp side. Not particularly nice, but they are local I suppose.
