Add onions, carrots and herbs to deepen your sauce as it cooks, then skim and reduce the pan juices for a glossy, beefy gravy that coats every piece and makes the most of this classic slow-cooking cut.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking
Do not reheat.; Multiple - From Chilled. 2 mins
- Remove all packaging.
- Preheat pan on high.
- Oil and season meat.
- Place into the pan sealing all edges until golden in colour.
- Transfer to a casserole dish and cover the meat with sauce or stock.
- Add vegetables and seasoning as desired.
- Cover and place in the oven.
Electric 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5, 2-3 hours
Do not reheat.
