Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Do not reheat.
Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.; Multiple - From Chilled. 4 mins
- Remove all packaging and rest for 10 mins at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven.
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan on a high heat.
- Season the chop with salt and pepper
- Using tongs, sear the chop over a high heat on both sides for 1min.
- Add a knob of butter while cooking.
- Using tongs, sear the chop on the 4 edges for 30 seconds each.
- Remove the chop from the pan and place on a tray, pour over juices and place in the oven

Electric 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5, 5-7 mins
Medium 5 mins per 100g
Well Done 7 mins per 100g
- Remove, cover with foil and rest for 5 mins before carving

For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use. There may be a slight aroma on opening, which will not affect the quality or flavour of this product.
