Storage
For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
Cooking guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs Cooking.
Preheat oven and remove all packaging. Cut the fillets into small pieces. Season some flour with salt and freshly ground pepper. Dust the lamb in the seasoned flour. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the lamb over a medium high heat until browned on all sides. Add vegetables as desired and cook for 5 mins. Place into a casserole dish and add 400ml of stock. Cover and place in the oven. Cook for 1 hour 30 mins.
Electric 160°C, Fan 140°C, Gas 3, 1 hour - 1 hour 30 mins
Do not reheat.
