Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Needs Cooking

- Remove all packaging, heat 15ml oil in a non stick frying pan
- Add chicken mince, breaking up over the entire surface of the pan
- Fry over a medium heat, turning frequently
- Ensure no pink meat remains
- Leave to stand for 1 min before serving
- Once cooked, check that the chicken is piping hot throughout and juices run clear
