Very tasty

I couldn't find any other lighter options in extra mature, so luckily this one is quite tasty. I also like that it comes in a smaller quantity so doesn't go off before I can finish it.

Good flavour

This is a lighter cheese but still has a good strong flavour. Good for grating & making a rich cheese sauce or just on crackers. The price is reasonable as well. This will be my regular cheese now.

Very nice and tasty, full of flavour the best lightest cheese I have found

Hard to tell

Hard to tell it is lower fat. Tested on doubting friends, they couldn't tell either. Would give it 5 stars but it seems less creamy and drier than it used to be.
