Throw Away!

Have been cooking turkeys for over 40 years,and yet despite following cooking instructions, this was the toughest turkey ever had, totally inedible. Totally ruined planned Christmas dinner as guests could only eat veg. This was a complete throw out. Ocado advised all fresh turkeys had to be frozen due to Avian flu but would be delivered defrosted - this obviously affected the quality as no succulence or moisture left whatsoever.
