OVEN
15 mins
ELECTRIC 200˚C / Fan 180˚C / Gas 6
• Preheat oven.
• Remove ham from packaging and place on a baking tray.
• Pour the glaze over the ham ensuring even coverage.
• Place in the centre of the oven for 15 mins.
• Place on a carving board and carve into slices.
Do not reheat.

TO EAT COLD
20 mins

• Remove ham from packaging and rest for 15 mins.
• Place glaze sachet into a pan of hot water for 5 mins.
• Slice the ham and pour the glaze once it is a soft consistency over the sliced ham to serve.
