For Use By, see top of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Handling raw meat safely
Wash and dry hands thoroughly before and after handling raw meat, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards/utensils for raw meat. Always cover meat and store at bottom of fridge.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking. Remove all packaging.
For best results, Grill.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. Cooks in 5 mins on a high heat. To ensure crispy bacon cook for a further 2 mins.
Turn halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 4-5 mins
Add a little oil. Fry over a medium heat. Turn halfway through cooking.
Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.
