- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging
- Line a baking tray with foil
- Pat dry the top of the gammon with paper towel
- Place the gammon in the middle of the baking tray leaving the rind exposed
- Check that the product is thoroughly cooked
- Remove strings before carving
- The product is best carved after resting for 10 minutes

For use by, see top of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
