Mixed vegetable and pea shoot stir fry mix. Perfect for stir frys. Serves 2.

Not Suitable for Freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep Refridgerated 0*C to +5*C. Once opened eat within 24 hours. After opening, roll down open end and replace in fridge.

This product is raw and must be cooked. Stir Fry 5 Mins. Needs Cooking. Remove All Packaging. Preheat a dry wok or heavy based frying pan over a high heat for 2 mins. Add 2 tsp (10ml) of oil and add vegetaboles. Stir fry over a high heat for 3 mins, stirring continuously. Serve immediately. Do not reheat.

Stir Fry - From Chilled. This product is raw and must be cooked.

Remove all packaging. Preheat a dry wok or heavy based frying pan over a high heat for 2 mins. Add 2 tsp (10ml) of oil and add vegetables. Stir fry over a high heat for 3 mins, stirring continuously.
Serve immediately.
Do not reheat.
In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add this veg and stir fry as stated above. Add noodles and a stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot.
Serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.
