Needs cooking
Use to stuff the neck cavity of a 3-5kg bird or roll into balls (makes approximately 15 x 30g sausagemeat balls)
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 20 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging
- Place sausagemeat balls on baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Turn halfway through cooking time
Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.
Do not reheat.

Suitable for freezing
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
