For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within three months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200ºC, Fan 180ºC, Gas 6, 50 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place foil tray on baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cover with foil, allow to stand for 10 mins before carving. Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Do not reheat.
