Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Needs cooking

- Remove product from packaging, heat pan to a medium/high heat.
- Lightly season the scallops with salt.
- Add 2 tsp of oil to the pan and place the scallops in the pan.
- Cook for 5 mins, turning halfway.
- Add 10g of butter, turn off heat and allow the scallops to rest in the pan for 4 mins before serving.
This is just a guide, please check product is thoroughly cooked. Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.
