Preheat air fryer. Place product in air fryer tray ensuring even spread. Program the air fryer to cook for 22 mins. Turn halfway through cooking. Check product is tender and cooked through. Ensure chicken is piping hot throughout. Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking.
Remove all packaging. Preheat oven.
Do not reheat.
Cooking process may yield darker discoloration to the product - this is perfectly normal and safe to eat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 30 mins
Place product on a preheated baking tray.
Turn once.

Avoid Blood comes to the surface of coating
Dont Buy another rubbish overpriced M and S product. Poorest quality chicken, blood comes to surface when cooked the meat and bone is black full of dried blood from dodgy chicken farm its greasy and tastes nothing like Fried chicken AVOID AND CHANGE SUPPLIER
Good chicken, thick coating.
The pieces were a good size, and the meat was juicy and tasty. I did think the coating was rather thick. I'd prefer less, more highly seasoned coating. Still makes for tasty comfort food, but gould be better.
Straight into the bin, where it belongs!!!
Extremely poor quality of chicken and coating. Absolutely vile, disgusting and cant describe it as anything else! I wouldnt even feed my dog this product never mind a human being! Two packs went straight into the trash where it belongs! So, youre warned, stay clear away from this product!
Disappointing
Always a fan of M&S products, I was very disappinted with these. The coating was too crunchy and some of the chicken was of poor quality (gristly).
These are really tender
I love these from M & S, especially the southern fried. I'm amazed at the bad reviews, so they have bones and are fiddly. It doesn't matter, they're cheaper than the burgers and you get more. I definitely recommend
Awful!
Purchased in a flash sale, Coating fell away from the chicken, which was like a Jelly texture. No flavour whatsoever.
