Once cooked, delicious hot or cold.

Oven cook - From Frozen. Handling raw poultry safely: this product contains raw poultry. Must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Wash hands after handling raw poultry.
Needs cooking
Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 1 hour 20 mins
- Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Place joint in tray in fridge for 30 hours. Check that there are no ice crystals within the joint before cooking
- Remove from fridge 1 hour before cooking
- Preheat oven
- Remove sleeve and film
- Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Baste occasionally
- Once cooked, check that the joint is piping hot throughout and juices run clear
- Remove from the oven and cover with foil
- Leave to rest for 20 mins before carving to serve
- Remove poultry bands before carving
- Do not reheat.
