Serving
Once cooked, delicious hot or cold.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking
Electric 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4, 50 mins
- Remove from fridge 1 hour before cooking
- Preheat oven
- Remove sleeve and film. Do not remove ovenable pad or foil tray
- Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven, basting occasionally
- Cover with foil and allow to stand for 10 mins before carving
Once cooked, check that the turkey is piping hot throughout, there is no pink meat and juices run clear.
Do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Defrost - 24 hours in a refrigerator.
