Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 11 mins
- Preheat grill to high.
- Remove all packaging.
- Brush the steaks lightly with oil on each side.
- Place on the wire rack of the grill tray. Once cooked, check that the turkey is piping hot throughout, there is no pink meat and juices run clear.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8-10 mins
- Remove all packaging, heat 1/2 tbsp (7ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat.
- Add the turkey steaks to the pan and fry, turning occasionally.
