Cooking Instructions - General. Handling Raw Poultry Safely: this product contains raw poultry. Do Not Wash. Must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Remove all packaging.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.

All turkey products should be cooked thoroughly until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear.
Ensure the product is piping hot before serving.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. Preheat grill to high heat. Brush the steaks lightly with oil on each side. Place on the wire rack of the grill tray, cook for 11 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Pre heat 7ml of oil in a frying pan over a medium/high heat. Add the turkey steaks and fry over a medium to high heat for 8-10 minutes turning occasionally.
