Once cooked, delicious hot or cold.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Roasting tin will contain hot liquid after cooking.
Electric 200°C Fan 180°C Gas 6, 40 mins per kg + 30 mins
Needs cooking. For best results, please remove from refrigerator for 1 hour prior to cooking. This product contains an absorbent pad under the chicken, do not remove before cooking.
- Preheat oven.
- Remove outer packaging and gravy sachet.
- Add gravy to 150ml boiling water, stir and add to the bottom of the foil tray and cover with foil.
- Place foil tray on baking tray in the centre of the oven.
- See front of pack label for cooking time.
- Remove foil after 45 mins to allow the chicken to brown.
- Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout.
- Remove from oven.
- Cover with foil and allow to rest for 20 mins before carving.
Do not reheat.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator for 48 hours) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
