Boil - From Frozen. 3-5 mins
Add product to boiling water.
Return to the boil, cover and simmer.; Cooking Instructions - General. This product is raw and must be cooked.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. 750W 5 mins
900W 4 mins
Empty 250g of contents into a microwaveable container.
Add a small amount of water. Cover with a microwaveable plate.
Cook on high (100%).
After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min.
Drain well and season to taste.
