Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. 750W 6 mins
900W 5 mins
Empty 250g of contents in a microwaveable container. Add small amount of water. Cover with a microwavable plate.
After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min.
Drain well and season to taste.
