- Pierce film
- Place on a microwaveable plate
- Cook on high (100%)
- After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins
- Guide for one pack only; Steam - From Chilled. 6-8 mins
- Remove all packaging
- Empty contents into a steamer or colander and steam
