M&S Sliced Brussels Sprouts with Chestnut & Smoked Bacon

British Brussels sprouts, with outdoor bred maple cured bacon, chestnuts and a shallot and bacon butter. Pan fry in 10 minutes. Serves 4.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Do not reheat.; Multiple - From Chilled. Microwave & pan fry
6 mins, 30 secs 800W
- Peel back film halfway and replace. Do not remove
- Cook on high (100%) in the microwave for 2 mins, 30 secs
- Stir thoroughly and leave to stand for 1 min
- Then, preheat a teaspoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat
- Add contents to frying pan for 3 mins, stirring occasionally until the sprouts are soft and slightly charred
- Reduce heat if necessary
- Leave to stand for 1 min before serving

- Stir halfway through heating time
- Leave to stand for 1 min before serving
