Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
For best results microwave & pan fry for a modern twist.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cook on high (100%). Peel back film halfway and replace tightly.
Do not remove film.
750W 2 mins, 30 secs
900W 2 mins
Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly. Return to microwave and cook further:
750W 2 mins
900W 1 min, 30 secs.
After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min.
Guide for one pack only.; Other - From Chilled. Microwave & Pan Fry
750W 4 mins, 30 secs
900W 3 mins, 30 secs
Peel back film lid half way through, stir well and re-cover. Remove from microwave and empty contents into preheated frying pan. Fry for 2-3 mins over a medium heat, stirring continuously until golden and crispy.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 10 mins
Remove sleeve. Remove film.
Preheat a frying pan over medium heat. Add butter to the pan and allow to melt gently. Add remaining contents to pan, stirring occasionally until the brussels sprouts are soft and slightly caramelised. Reduce heat if necessary. Check food is piping hot.
