Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place butter to one side. Empty brussels and chestnuts into a roasting tray and drizzle with 1 tbsp (10ml) oil. Place in centre of oven. After 10 mins, remove from oven, stir thoroughly and add butter. Return to oven and cook for a further 15-20 mins, stirring halfway through.
Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving.
Do not reheat.
