Cooking Instructions - General. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.

Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 20 mins
- Preheat grill to medium
- Remove all packaging
- Place on the middle shelf of the grill, turn occasionally; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 15 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging
- Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven, turn halfway through cooking; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 15 mins
- Remove all packaging, heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat
- Add sausages to the pan, turn occasionally

Storage:
Suitable for Freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product may have been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
Defrost thoroughly before use.
